How to speed up 24 hrs processing time for foreign eSIM upon arrival 
👇 1. The 24-Hour Rule
Since October 2025, Russia has enacted a rule that delays mobile phone connection by 24 hours for all foreign mobile phone services (including physical SIM cards and travel eSIMs) upon connecting to a network for the first time in the past 72 hours in Russia.
🔓 2. How to instantly access Internet (Beeline Network) If your travel eSIM connects to the Beeline network, you do not need to wait 24 hours. You can get your service working in minutes by following these steps:
1️⃣ Turn OFF Wi-Fi and VPN: You must turn off both Wi-Fi and any active VPNs on your phone (the verification page will only load using your restricted cellular network).
2️⃣ Open the SMS: As soon as your eSIM connects to the network, you will receive an automatic SMS containing a verification link.

3️⃣ Open the Link: Click the link in the SMS to open the Beeline verification page.
4️⃣ Remove Restrictions (Russian Page Guide):
Tap the button that says "Снять ограничения" (Remove restrictions).
Enter the 5-digit image verification code (captcha) shown on the screen.
5️⃣ Refresh Your Network:
- Once the page confirms your verification is successful,
- turn your phone's Airplane Mode ON for 10 seconds, then
- turn your phone's Airplane Mode OFF.
- Check your internet connection to verify the access.
👉 (Note: If you turn your eSIM off or have no network activity for more than 72 hours while inside Russia, a new 24-hour block will trigger, and you will have to repeat these steps).
